Jing Zhou is an economist on the Germany team of the IMF’s European Department. She previously worked in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department and was a dissertation fellow at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Her research interests are international economics, business cycle, and green transition policies, among others. She holds a PhD in economics from the Columbia University.
